Refund Policy

RETURNS

 

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to refund your order. 

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

 

To complete a return, please send an email to acornandoakliving@gmail.com with your order number and we will reach out with the next steps to start and ship a return. You are responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are inspecting it. You will be notified upon approval of the refund and we will begin processing your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to go through.
