Ingredients
1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs pumpkin spice
11/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Add in the eggs one at a time to the mix until well incorporated.
In a medium bowl sift the spices, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients at a low speed. Mix until the flour mixture is well combined and the mixture is smooth and thick.
Grease a 9-inch loaf pan and pour the mixture into the pan smoothing the mixture out until it is evenly distributed in the loaf pan.
Place in the oven at 375 degrees and cook for an hour, or until a knife comes out clean from the center of the loaf.
Allow the loaf to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy with a warm cup of apple cider by the fireplace or wrap this delicious loaf up as a perfect gift for family and friends.
