My Simple Valentine

When it comes to decorating, sometimes' a simple centerpiece, or in my case the buffet table, is all you need to add an extra feeling of love into the home. A few festive flowers here and there can really change the feeling in a room, especially when those flowers have soft, warm hues that bring a smile to anyone's face.

What better way to share love with others than during a warm family meal. One thing that has become a Valentines Day tradition in our home is having a waffle dinner. A delicious treat no one can refuse and it has become a wonderful way to spend time with those we love without focusing or stressing on the commercial aspects of the holiday.
